• The Department of General Subjects has been part of this institution since its inception. This department consists of faculties of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English.
  
• We update the students to meet the scientific requirements of international scenario to develop effective communicative competence to cater to the professional needs.
  
• We enable students to impart the fundamental concepts of science and mathematics and enable them to inculcate a scientifically oriented approach.
  
• Also we equip the students to master the communication techniques so as to compete in various professions; to equip them to face the challenges with confidence, to respond positively in the ever changing socio-politico-economic environment.
